Introduction to our Company

Sarba Purta (Construction) Pvt. Ltd. was framed on 22nd February, 1966 at Kolkata by Mr. S.S. Gangopadhyay, an eminent civil engineer of his era and a President’s gold medalist in his sphere, with some of his friends and associates who were also very good in this field. Mr. S.B. Gangopadhyay, son of Mr. S.S. Gangopadhyay after joining the company in 1974 has taken the company to a new level and gradually the name ‘SPC’ or “Sarba Purta” became a well-known firm who are thought to be specialist in the fields of water treatment, intake wells, over head reservoirs, pumping stations and water supply.

Mr. S.K. Gangopadhyay, son of Mr. S.B. Gangopadhyay has also joined the company as a director in 2006 and in the last fifteen years the company has grown in leaps and bounces. In last 15 years, Sarba Purta has designed and commissioned about 60% of the Water treatment plants of Chhattisgarh.
